ORDINANCE NO. 99-09 <br /> ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 78-117 <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 78-117 passed January 9, 1978 regulated flood hazard areas; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, new regulations were adopted by the City Council by Ordinance No. 98-77, <br /> effective January 1, 1999, and incorporated into City Code Chapter 67.1; and, <br /> WHEREAS, former Ordinance No. 78-117 is no longer necessary, and in some cases <br /> conflicts with said Chapter 67.1 and should,therefore,be repealed. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY ' <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
