Situated in Macon County, Illinois. <br /> Parcel 2: The Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE <br /> 1/4) of Section Four (4), Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Three (3) <br /> East of the 3rd P.M., lying North and West of Lake Decatur. Situated in <br /> Macon County, Illinois. <br /> Parcel 3: The Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW <br /> 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Four (4), Township <br /> Sixteen (16) North, Range Three (3) East of the 3rd P.M., lying North and <br /> West of Lake Decatur. The City is <br /> selling all improvements located on the above-described real estate, but the treatment <br /> plant located thereon will be disconnected from the City's water distribution system on <br /> or before the date of closing. <br /> Parties wishing to inspect the real estate and improvements should call John A. <br /> Smith, Water Production Manager, at 424-2833, during regular business hours <br /> (Monday through Friday, 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.) to make arrangements. <br /> Offers to purchase should be submitted to the City Clerk on or before December <br /> 11, 1998, at 5:00 PM. The City Clerk's office is located on the third floor of the Decatur <br /> Civic Center, 1 Gary K. Anderson Plaza, Decatur, Illinois.
