I <br /> It was moved and seconded (Ryan/ Spangler) to accept staff recommendation that a traffic circle <br /> be installed at the intersection of Macon and Edward Streets. <br /> Newell advised that no decision has been made as to the temporary circle, but it should incur. <br /> minimal cost to the City. <br /> Ballard believes he was told the final permanent closure would cost between $3,000 and $5,000. <br /> Newell stated it would be about that much for the traffic circle to be permanently installed. A <br /> request for permanent installation would probably come back to the Commission within a year. It <br /> has not been decided at this time if it will be pots, but it will be temporary and aesthetically <br /> pleasing. <br /> There bein�no one opposed, the motion carried. <br />
