Y Y I do further certify that the foregoing constitutes a full, true and complete excerpt of the transcript of the minutes of the legally convened meeting of the City Council held on the 21st day of December, 1998, insofar as the same related to the adoption of Ordinance No. 98- , and that the foregoing copy of said Ordinance is a true, correct and complete copy of said Ordinance as adopted at said meeting, and that the same was signed and approved by the Mayor of the City on the 21 st day of December, 1998. , I do further certify that the original of which the foregoing is a true and correct copy is , entrusted to me as Clerk of said City for my safekeeping, and that I am the lawful keeper and custodian of the same. I do further certify that the deliberations of the City Council on the adoption of said Ordinance were taken openly; that the vote on the adoption of said Ordinance was taken openly; that said meeting was held at a specified time and place convenient to the public; that notice was given to stations and other news media requesting such notice; and that said meeting was called and held in strict accordance with the provisions of"AN ACT in relations to meetings", approved July 11, 1957, as amended, and that the City Council has complied with all of the applicable provisions of said Act, the Illinois Municipal Code, and the City's procedural rules in the adoption of said Ordinance.
