<, Y� . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 98-72 <br /> ORDINANCE ABATING LEVY <br /> CORPORATE PURPOSE BONDS <br /> SERIES OF DECEMBER 1989 <br /> WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 89-97 passed and approved December 11, 1989, the <br /> Council caused corporate purpose bonds of the City to be issued and did levy therein certain <br /> sums to pay the principal of and interest of said bonds; and, <br /> WHEREAS, funds have become available from other sources to pay, in part, such interest <br /> and principal as the same becomes due and payable. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF II <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
