N 0 V 2 3 1998 ,��ro�� :t ��.:� 2845 � 984 �'� -� ` � ��00 pd �� ORDINANCE NO. 98-70 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY -NORTH OF GARVER CHURCH ROAD, EAST OF ROUTE 48 AND GENERALLY SOUTH OF BOYD ROAD - WHEREAS, there having been filed with the City Clerk, and by said Clerk presented to the Council herewith, the petition under oath of Amy Tryner and others requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: The North 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 29, Township 17 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M., Macon County, Illinois, lying South of Boyd Road and Southeast of Illinois Route 48; AND ALSO, The Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 29, Township 17 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M., Macon County, Illinois, EXCEPT the East 320 feet of the North 408 feet thereof;AND ALSO, The Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 29, Township 17 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M., Macon County, Illinois; AND ALSO, The West 10 acres of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 29, Township 17 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M., Macon County, Illinois; AND ALSO, Beginning at the intersection of the Southeast line of the Illinois Route 47/48 right-of-way and the North line of the Boyd Road right-of-way, thence in a Northeasterly direction to the intersection of the Illinois Route 47/48 right-of-way line and the South F.A.I. Route 72 exit ramp right-of-way, thence in a Southeasterly direction along said right-of-way line to the North right-of-way line of Boyd Road, thence in a Westerly direction along the North right-of-way line of Boyd Road to the point of beginning, all in Sections 20 and 29, Township 17 North, Range 3 East of the 3rd P.M., Macon County, Illinois; .
