R�ded tt� ,wc:n 2845paQe 979 <br /> Fee �����c�o�der <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 98-69 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY <br /> -EAST OF ROUTE 48 <br /> AND NORTH OF GARVER CHURCH ROAD EXTENDED WEST - <br /> WHEREAS, there having been filed with the City Clerk, and by said Clerk presented to <br /> the Council herewith, the petition under oath of Archer-Daniels-Midland Company requesting <br /> that there be annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> Lots One (1) and Two (2) of WMCD Subdivision, as per Plat recorded in Book <br /> 1832 Page 338 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> (Macon County Parcel ID No. 18-08-30-200-020); and, <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land within , <br /> such territory and that no electors reside therein, and that said territory is contiguous to the City <br /> and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or incorporated town or other <br /> 'ci ali • and <br /> muiu p ty, , <br /> f intention to take action for annexation has been 'ven as re uired. <br /> WHEREAS, notice o S� q <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CTTY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That said territory hereinabove described, along with all parts of public <br /> highways therein or next and adjacent thereto not heretofore annexed, if any; be, and the sazne <br /> aze hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, Illinois, a <br /> municipal corporation. <br />
