y � , <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 98-61 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CHAPTER 28 - <br /> - UNLAWFUL DISCRIMINATION - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ' <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Chapter 28 of the City Code of the City of Decatur be, and the same is I' <br /> hereby modified and amended at Article 6, Section 6-1 A(2) thereof,by adding a new subsection <br /> (�thereto, said Section 6-1 A (2), as so modified and amended, to provide as follows: <br /> (2) "Employee" does not include: <br /> a) Domestic servants in private homes; <br /> b) Individuals employed by persons who are not <br /> "employers" as defined by this Article; <br /> c) Elected public officials or the members of their <br /> immediate personal staffs; <br /> d) Principal administrative officers of the State or of any <br /> political subdivision, municipal corporation or other governmental <br /> unit or agency; <br /> e) A person in a vocational rehabilitation facility certified <br /> under federal law who has been designated an evaluee, trainee, or <br /> work activity client; and, <br /> fl Employees of the City of Decatur. <br />
