ADDITIONS and � <br /> CHAPTER 64 ' <br /> -WATER SERVICE - I <br /> 9. CLASSIFICATION OF WATER SERVICES. Water services from the ' <br /> water system of the City are hereby classified as domestic quarterly services, do- <br /> mestic monthly services, non-domestic quarterly services, ai�d non-domestic <br /> monthly services, and large user monthly services. The term "monthly" as used in <br /> this Chapter, unless some other meaning is clearly intended from the context in <br /> which the same is used, means a period of twenty-eight, twenty-nine, thirty, or <br /> thirty-one days, as the case may be, whether the same commences or ends on the <br /> first day of a calendar month or otherwise. <br /> The term "quarterly" as used in this Chapter, unless some other meaning is <br /> clearly intended from the context in which the same is used, means a period of <br /> days approximating the number of days which equals one quarter of a year and <br /> without regard to the day of the calendar month or day of the calendar year upon <br /> which such period of time commences. <br /> o��.lo ��,�,;1�, .-o���i�t^v� ^vi e'e e,+'^e-:'�::i�T�es�de�ce a�e de�est�c se��ces�� <br /> �a �4�nrc:rvon rr�i�i�n� u�ou�t��nrn ir *�ic. r��r�+nr ��� n��ar oarcnnna oro r��r�_ <br /> Water services from said system to a single family residence <br /> or a two-family residence are domestic services, and water services to which more <br /> than one million (1,000,000) gallons per day are furnished, averaged over the one <br /> year period immediately preceding the effective billing date, are large user serv- <br /> ices; except as otherwise provided herein, all other services are non-domestic <br /> services. Water services which show an average usage in excess of 1,350 cubic <br /> feet per day, said average being determined by meter registration during any two <br /> of the preceding four applicable meter reading periods, are monthly services. All <br /> other services are quarterly services. Classifications shall be assigned at the deter- <br /> mination of the Director of the Public Works Department. If there is insufficient <br /> actual measurement of water furnished to determine the average use as aforesaid, <br /> classification pending determination based on actual use, may be made on the ba- <br /> sis of reasonable estimate. <br />
