Collins, Jr., Community Development Direct �� <br /> Teresa Townsend Actin Senior Planner � <br /> , g Tr' <br /> SUBJECT: Annexation of premises commonly known as 38 Tennison Ct., 44 Tennison Ct., <br /> 50 Tennison Ct., 56 Tennison Ct., and 62 Tennison Ct. <br /> A valid petition requesting annexation of the subject premises has been filed with the City Clerk's <br /> Office. Containing 2.3243 acres, the area in question is developed with 5 single family lots. <br /> The following data has been compiled relative to the proposed annexation: <br /> 1. An e�cisting 6 inch watermain is located in Tennison Court adjacent to the <br /> subject lots, service is readily available. <br /> 2. The e�sting dwellings are served by individual septic systems; the nearest <br />, sanitary sewer is located in Taylor Avenue at Greendell Drive. <br /> 3. Additional annual revenue of appro�mately $3138.13 would become <br /> available from the combined total of real estate, motor fuel, and state <br /> income t�es. <br /> Staff is of the o inion that the ro osed annexation would roduce a lo ical extension of the <br /> p p p p g <br /> corporate limits; staff recommends approval of the petition as presented. <br /> I <br />
