Collins, ., Community Development Director <br /> Teresa Townsend, Acting Senior Planner ;," <br /> SUBJECT: Street Name Change: 34th Street Place to 34th Place <br /> The residents of 34th Street Place are requesting a street name change to 34th Place. Over the <br /> years, the"Street" has been left out of the original street name. Legal descriptions have been <br /> recorded denoting both 34th Street Place and 34th Place. The Post Office will not deliver the <br /> resident's mail currently unless the address is 34th Street Place. The residents identify their street <br /> as 34th Place and are in 100% agreement with the street name change. To alleviate the street <br /> name confusion and to ensure that the residents are properly receiving their mail, staff <br /> recommends changing the street name from 34th Street Place to 34th Place. <br />
