McLean and Phyllis J. McLean, <br /> requesting that there be annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> SEE EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO <br /> AND HEREBY MADE A PART HEREOF <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land within <br /> such territory and that no electors reside therein, and that said territory is contiguous to the City <br /> and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or incorporated town or other <br /> municipality; and, <br /> WHEREAS,notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as required. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATLTR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same aze hereby, <br /> approved. <br />
