Containing .46 acres, the area in question is a one lot single family dwelling. � <br /> The following data has been compiled relative to the proposed annexation: l, <br /> 1. An e�sting 6 inch watermain is located in Baker Lane adjacent to the II <br /> subject lot, service is readily available. <br /> 2. The e�sting dwelling is served by an individual septic system; the nearest <br /> sanitary sewer is located in Center Street at Hunt Street. <br /> 3. Additional annual revenue of approximately $411.39 would become <br /> available from the combined total of real estate, motor fuel, and state <br /> income taxes. <br /> Staff is of the opinion that the proposed annexation would produce a logical e�rtension of the <br /> corporate limits;we recommend approval of the petition as presented. <br />
