� � - <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 98-41 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> -2153 EAST PRAIRIE AVENUE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of July, 1998, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Dora D. West and Horizon Credit Union <br /> to rezone premises described as: <br /> Lot Four (4) in Block Six (6) of Urban Place, an Addition to the <br /> City of Decatur, as per plat recorded in Book 149 Page 107 of the <br /> records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING <br /> DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br />
