comply with the above audit requirements will constitute a violation of this <br /> contract and may result in the withholding of future payments. <br /> C. Renorting and Pavment Procedures <br /> 1. Bu_� <br /> The Sub Recipient will adhere to the detailed contract budget, as revised (if <br /> applicable), that was submitted with the application and attachment to the contract <br /> infers acceptance by the City. The City and the Sub Recipient may agree to revise <br /> the budget from time to time as mutually agreed, only if it remains in <br /> conformance with City Council's wishes. <br /> 2. Payment Procedures <br /> The City will pay to the Sub Recipient funds available under this contract based <br /> upon information submitted by the Sub Recipient and consistent with any <br /> approved budget as long as they were incurred after the Notice to proceed was <br /> issued, and within the year as noted above. Payments will be made for eligible <br /> expenses actually incurred by the Sub Recipient, and not to exceed actual cash <br /> requirements. The only exception is for pre-award costs approved at the time of <br /> the contract. In addition, the City reserves the right to liquidate funds available <br /> under this contract for costs incurred by the City on behalf of the Sub Recipient. <br /> 3. Pro reg_ss Reports <br /> The Sub Recipient shall submit regular progress reports to the City in the form <br /> and content as provided by the City on a monthly basis by the 8�h of the month. <br /> The City retains the right to delay or with hold disbursements of payments after <br /> duly notifying the Sub Recipient in the event that progress reports are not <br /> received as scheduled. <br /> D. Procurement <br /> 1. Compliance <br /> The Sub Recipient shall comply with current City policies concerning the <br /> purchase of equipment and shall maintain inventory records of all nonexpendable <br /> personal property as defined by such policy as may be procured with funds <br /> provided herein. As long as the Sub Recipient continues to use the equipment for <br /> the clientele originally intended and in the manner originally intended, and as <br /> long as the Sub Recipient continues to exist, the equipment shall be retained by <br /> the Sub Recipient. However, in the event of a change in the clientele, use, <br /> manner, etc. of the equipment; and/or if the Sub Recipient no longer exists, all <br /> equipment will revert back to the City. <br /> Sub Recipient Agreement(Rev. 3/1/16) Page 8 of 16 <br />
