. ! . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 98-37 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - SW CORNER OF PERSHING ROAD AND NORTH 27TH STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of June, 1998, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Robert D. Wesselink to rezone premises <br /> described as: � <br /> Lots One(1), Two (2), Three(3) and Four(4) of Block One (1) of <br /> Virginia Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 745 Page 200 of the <br /> records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> "' Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 <br /> SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT. <br />
