Cooley requesting that there be <br /> annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> Lot Eighteen(18) of Wilcox Wayside Farms Addition as per Plat recorded <br /> in Book 300 Page 186 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land within <br /> such territory and by at least 50% of the electors residing therein, and that said territory is <br /> contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or incorporated <br /> town or other municipality; and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as required. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br />
