Containing .4623 acres,the area in question is a one lot single family dwelling. <br /> The following data has been compiled relative to the proposed annexation: <br /> l. An existing 6 inch watermain is located in Baker Lane adjacent to the i <br /> subject lot, service is readily available. <br /> 2. The existing dwelling is served by an individual septic system;the nearest <br /> sanitary sewer is located in Center Street at Hunt Street. I <br /> 3. Additional annual revenue of approximately $507.27 would become '� <br /> available from the combined total of real estate, motor fuel, and state <br /> income ta�ces. <br /> Staff is of the opinion that the proposed annexation would provide a logical extension of the <br /> corporate limits; we recommend approval of the petition as presented. <br />
