. � ORDINANCE NO. 98-25 ORDINANCE AMENDING SPECIAL PERMIT �I PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT , -_SW�ORNER OF EAST FULTON AVENUE AND ALBANY STREET - ' WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of April, 1998, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Steve Horve, Jr. to amend a special use permit previously granted by Ordinance No. 97-83 for a R-3 Planned Unit Development on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows: The East 22 1/3 acres of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section Nineteen (19), Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Three (3) East of the 3rd P.M., except the West 138.5 feet of the East 251.15 feet of the North ' 238 feet thereof, and also except beginning 736.7 feet West and 873.92 feet North of the Southeast corner of said tract, thence North 450.93 feet, thence East 199.35 feet, thence South 450.93 feet, thence West 187.05 feet to the place of beginning, situated in Macon County, Illinois; and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend that said petition be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be received,placed on file and approved.
