That the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, <br /> amended and modified by adding thereto Chapter 72, said Chapter 72 to be entitled "Sewer User <br /> Charge", and said Chapter 72 to provide as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto and hereby made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> Section 2.
