ORDINANCE NO. 98-11 ORDINANCE ADDING TERRITORY TO ENTERPRISE ZONE BE IT ORDAlNED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 82-122, as amended, passed the 29th day of December, 1982, be, and the same is hereby, further amended at Exhibit A thereof by adding to the end of said Exhibit the following: ALSO (Amendment 10) A part of the Northwest 1/4 (NW '/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE '/4) of Section 31, Township 17 North Range 3 East of the Third Principal Meridian, said part described as follows: Beginning at a point, said point being the Southwest corner of the said NW '/4 of the NE '/4 of Section 31; thence N00°-47'-57"W (Assumed Bearing) along the West line of the said NW '/4 of the NE '/4 of Sec. 31, 800.19 feet; thence N 89°-16'18"E, 1314.86 feet on a line parallel to the North line of the said NW '/4 of the NE '/4 of Sec. 31, to a point which is 20 feet West of the East line of the said NW '/4 of the NE '/4 of Sec. 31; thence S00°-38'-56"E on a line which is 20 feet West of and parallel to the said East line of the NW '/4 of the NE '/4 of Sec. 31, 791.25 feet to a point on the South line of the said NW '/4 of the NE '/4 of Sec. 31; thence S88°-52'-54"W along the said South line of the NW '/4 of the NE '/4 of Sec. 31, 1312.80 feet to the point of beginning containing 24.00 acres, mare ar less. Section 2. That except as amended hereby the provisions of Ordinance No. 82-122, as amended, shall be, and remain, in full force and effect and shall apply to the premises herein described.
