w ORDINANCE NO. 98-04 SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR FISCAL YEAR MAY 1, 1997 THROUGH APRIL 30, 1998 SECTION 108 LOAN GUARANTEE FUND WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption by the Council of the annual Appropriation Ordinance for the fiscal year May 1, 1997 through Apri130, 1998, certain additional revenue not available and not then anticipated to be available when said annual appropriation ordinance was adopted has been made available or is anticipated to become available by a pass-through loan from the Department of Housing and Urban Development; and WHEREAS, the total amount hereinafter appropriated is not in excess of the aggregate of the additional revenue so made available or estimated to be received by the City subsequent to the adoption of said annual appropriation ordinance as aforesaid. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the following sums be, and they are hereby appropriated in the Section 108 Loan Guarantee Fund for the corporate purposes, expenses, and lawful charges of the City for the fiscal year May l, 1997 through Apri130, 1998, said sums to be provided for as aforesaid: Section 108 Pass-Through Loan for Beresford Plaza $1,500,000 Section 2. That any unexpended balance of any item or items of any appropriation herein may be expended to make up any deficiencies in any sum or sums otherwise so appropriated herein. . Section 3. That the City Clerk, be, and she is hereby authorized and directed to cause this Ordinance�o be gublished in pamphlet form.
