Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has formally approved our <br /> amended Section 108 Loan Guarantee Application as well as the specific project, Beresford Plaza, <br /> utilizing a portion of these funds. <br /> The attached ordinance appropriates funding in the amount of$1,500,000 for the approved <br /> project. <br />
