Boat or craft owned or <br /> operated by government agencies, and boat or craft participating in <br /> an approved racing event, are exempt from licensing fees. <br /> *** <br /> G. A boat or craft may be kept or used on or in the Lake <br /> without registration if the same is owned by a boat dealer licensed <br /> by the State and is used for business purposes and said dealer <br /> obtains a City license upon application accompanied by a fee of <br /> $100.00 for not to exceed four units. <br /> Section 2. That Section 34 of Chapter 66 of said City Code be, and the same is hereby, <br /> also modified and amended, so that as modified and amended said Section 34 of Chapter 66 <br /> provides as follows: <br /> 34. APPLICATIONS FOR BLINDS AND PITS. <br /> Applications for permits to construct blinds as required in Section <br /> 33 herein shall be made upon forms to be furnished by the City and <br /> shall be accompanied by an initial fee of Thirty Dollars ($30.00) <br /> for each new permit issued after January 1, 1988 and a fee of <br /> Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00)per year for all other blinds. <br /> Section 3. That Section 48 subparagraph (1) of Chapter 66 of said City Code be, and the <br /> same is hereby, also modified and amended, so that as modified and amended said Section 48 <br /> subsection(1) of Chapter 66 provides as follows: <br /> 48. PIERS AND DOCKS. <br /> (1) Application for an initial permit or for annual renewal of a <br /> permit shall be filed within the Finance Department upon forms <br /> provided by the City requiring such information as shall be deemed <br /> reasonably necessary or desirable to aid in the administration of the <br /> provisions of this Chapter and which application shall be <br /> accompanied by the payment of the appropriate annual fees as <br /> follows: <br />
