Applications for licenses shall be accompanied by a fee <br /> as follows for each boat or craft: <br /> Row Boats, canoes, kayaks and other craft <br /> propelled by muscle power $15.00 <br /> Sail boats 25.00 <br /> Motor Boats: <br /> 1-50 horsepower �5-9A 30.00 <br /> 51-100 horsepower �9:AA 36.00 <br /> 101-150 horsepower �AA 42.00 <br /> 151-200 horsepower 4�A:8A 48.00 <br /> Over 200 horsepower 4�AA 54.00 <br /> The horsepower of an engine is that determined by the <br /> manufacturer thereof. In case a boat or craft is so constructed or <br /> rigged to be propelled by more than one type or size of propulsion, <br /> the fee to be paid shall be the higher fee specified herein for the <br /> several sizes or types of propulsion. Boat or craft owned or <br /> operated by government agencies, and boat or craft participating in <br /> an approved racing event, are exempt from licensing fees. <br /> *** <br /> G. A boat or craft may be kept or used on or in the La.ke <br /> without registration if the same is owned by a boat dealer licensed <br /> by the State and is used for business purposes and said dealer <br /> obtains a City license upon application accompanied by a fee of <br /> �A:AA 100. 0 for not to exceed four units. <br />
