Newell, Traffic Engineer <br /> SUBJECT: Ordinance Authorizing the Establishment of a Four-Way Stop <br /> at the Intersection of Albany Street/36th Street and Fulton Avenue <br /> At the November meeting of the Traffic and Parking Commission, the Commission approved <br /> a request from area residents to recommend the installation of a four-way stop at the intersection <br /> of Albany Street/36th Street and Fulton Avenue. <br /> Upon review of the prevailing speeds, traffic volumes and accident history present at the <br /> intersection, City staff continues to recommend denial of this action as being unwarranted at this <br /> time.
