ORDINANCE NO. 97-88 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> -2304,2312 and 2316 E. MAIN STREET AND <br /> 124 AND 134 NORTH 23RD STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of September, 1997, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of William F. Krekel and Suzanne Bourne to <br /> rezone premises described as: <br /> Lots 17, 18, 43, 44, 45 and 46 of East View, an Addition to the <br /> City of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 300 Page 23 of the <br /> records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-3 <br /> SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT. <br />
