Section L That the recommendation and report of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, <br /> and the same are hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, a special permit be, and it is <br /> hereby, granted to PrimeCo Personal Communications, L.P., and only to PrimeCo Personal <br /> Communications, L. P., to construct, operate and maintain a freestanding 150-foot high <br /> monopole type communication tower and equipment building upon the premises aforesaid in <br /> accordance with the plat thereof hereto attached marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> Section 3. That said permit be, and the same is hereby, expressly conditioned as follows: <br /> (a) That said communication tower be a monopole structure. <br /> (b) That prior to construction, complete building and construction plans shall be <br /> submitted to and approved by the Department of Community Development and the Department <br /> of Public Works, and a building permit shall be obtained. <br /> (c) That upon completion of construction, all ladder rungs attached to the subject <br /> tower shall be removed a minimum distance of forty (40) feet above ground level, and further <br /> that as such rungs may be installed for future maintenance they shall be removed upon <br /> completion of the work. <br /> (d) That a ten (10) foot high chain link fence shall be constructed around the base <br /> of said tower. <br /> Section 4. That said special use permit granted hereby, be, and it is hereby, made subject <br /> to the applicable provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 3512, the same being the Zoning <br /> Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Illinois, and that the Zoning Map of said City be amended to <br /> show the granting and existence of this special use permit. <br /> PRi:SENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORD is 18th day of August, <br /> 1997. <br /> . , <br /> � /,�/� <br /> TERRY .
