E . � ORDINANCE NO. 97-78 ORDINANCE GRANTING SPECIAL PERMIT COMMUNICATION TOWER - 2205 NORTH BRUSH COLLEGE ROAD - WHEREAS, on the 7th day of August, 1997, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of PrimeCo Personal Communications, L. P., for a special permit under the provisions of Section XXI(A)(1)(j) of the Zoning Ordinance to construct, operate and maintain a freestanding communication tower and equipment building, on property located in the City of Decatur, Illinois and legally described as follows: The East 450 feet of the South 700 feet of Lot Six (6) of the South Half (S 1/2) of Section Six (6), Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Three (3) East of the Third Principal Meridian, as per Plat recorded in Book K, Page 397 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that such special permit be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation and report of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That upon the conditions hereinafter mentioned, a special permit be, and it is hereby, granted to PrimeCo Personal Communications, L. P., and only to PrimeCo Personal Communications, L. P., to construct, operate and maintain a freestanding 150-foot high
