y , •� ,� 1 ORDINANCE NO. 97-69 ORDINANCE ADDING TERRITORY TO ENTERPRISE ZONE BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 82-122, as amended, passed the 29th day of December, 1982, be, and the same is hereby, further amended at Exhibit A thereof by adding to the end of said Exhibit the following: ALSO (Amendment 8) A tract of land three (3) feet in width beginning at the Southwest corner of Westdale Shopping Center, thence South 66 feet to the North Right of Way line of U.S. Route 36, thence West 12,700 feet, thence South 1,600 feet to and along the west Right of Way line of Fairway Avenue to the parcel as described below: Part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest Corner of Section Eighteen (18), Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Two (2) East of the 3rd P.M., as described as follows: Beginning at a point 40 feet East of the Southwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 18, said point being on the East Right of Way line of Wyckles Road, County Highway 41, thence North along said East Right of Way line 444.4 feet, thence East 155.57 feet, thence North 280 feet, thence East 216.02 feet, thence North 220.06 feet to the South Right of Way line of West Main Street (Old Route 36), thence easterly along said Right of Way line 421.15 feet; thence South 983.9 feet, thence West 798.56 to the point of beginning. Containing 14.56 acres more or less. Part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section Eighteen (18), Township Sixteen (16) North, Range Two (2) East of the 3rd P.M., described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East Right of Way line of County Highway #41 (Wyckles Road), 724.4 feet North and 40.0 feet East of the Southwest Corner Northwest 1/4 Section 18, T. 16N.,R. 2E of the 3rd P.M.; thence East 155.57 feet, thence South 280.0 feet; thence West 165.57 feet to the East Right of Way 280.0 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 1.00 acres more or less.
