Section 2. That any unexpended balance of any items or items of any general <br /> appropriation made by this ordinance may be expended to make up any deficiency in any sum or <br /> sums so appropriated in the same general appropriation for the same general purpose in this <br /> ordinance. <br /> Section 3. That this ordinance be published in pamphlet form. <br /> Section 4.
