, . .' • , <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 97-57 <br /> ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING PARKING ZONES AND RATES � <br /> - CITY PARKING LOTS 1. 3, 4, 5 AND 10 - � <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That in accordance with and subject to the applicable provisions of Chapter 34 of the <br /> City Code, when appropriate meters are installed thereat, the parking of vehicles in City Parking Lots 1, <br /> 3, 4. 5 and 10 be, and the same is hereby, limited to those time restrictions shown on Group Exhibit A <br /> attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 2. That parking meters shall be installed in said lots which shall register a maximum <br /> number of hours, as shown on said Group Exhibit A, upon insertion of appropriate coin of the United <br /> States. <br /> Section 3. That the cost for parking in said lots shall be at the rate of twenty-five cents ($.25) per <br /> hour. <br /> Section 4. That any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this <br /> Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than Five Dollars ($5.00) nor more than �Two <br /> Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00)for each offense. <br /> Section 5. That the provisions of all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance insofar as the same are in conflict with said provisions be, and the same are <br /> hereby, repealed. <br />
