• v <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 97-58 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTION <br /> - REDLICH AND GREENLAKE DRIVES - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs are erected giving notice thereof, the driver of a <br /> vehicle on Greenlake Drive approaching Redlich Drive from the north or south shall stop and <br /> yield the right-of-way to vehicles on Redlich Drive which have entered the intersection of said <br /> streets or which are approaching so closely thereto as to constitute an immediate hazard, but said <br /> driver having so stopped and yielded the right-of-way may proceed at such time as a safe interval <br /> occurs. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of <br /> this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) nor more than <br /> Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3.
