If on-street parking meters are removed from the core area and other revenues are not <br /> adjusted to cover the shortfall, staff will have to recommend the dissolution of the Motor Vehicle <br /> Paxking System Fund in order to allow General Fund revenues to cover the system's capital and <br /> operating expenses.
