. t <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 97-54 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> -3700 BLOCK EAST FULTON AVENUE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the Sth day of June, 1997, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Walter Burger, Jr. to rezone premises <br /> described as: <br /> Lot Four (4) in Decatur Plaza as per Plat recorded in Book 1832 <br /> Page 187 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois, � <br /> from B-1 NEIGHBORHOOD SHOPPING DISTRICT to B-2 COMMERCIAL DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. �,I <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the � <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
