BOOK � �i �9 PAGE 2 31 � <br /> s�e.«n�. �� �S� <br /> � . � M..«,o� � �4r <br /> . . �����15 M�w�l Mar <br /> 60�caa!�i.�_ ��r,__.�w�.. <br /> 1461285 <br /> �Uw 2 6 �97' i <br /> �1� Ni �u�t 2729 �,�y� 231 <br /> M I�RO F l l�l���p���e��r <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 97-53 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY <br /> - 4105 DONETA - <br /> WHEREAS, there having been filed with the City Clerk, and by said Clerk presented to <br /> the Council herewith, the petition under oath of William Barnes requesting that there be annexed <br /> to the City territory described as: <br /> Lot Eight (8) of Cooper's Second Addition as per Plat recorded in Book <br /> 1405 Page 16 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land within <br /> such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said territory is <br /> contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or incorporated <br /> town or other municipality; and, � <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as required. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR. ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, <br /> approved. . <br />
