The e�sting residence is served by an individual septic tank system; the nearest <br /> sanitary sewer is located appro�mately one quarter mile to the east at Cooper <br /> Drive and North Taylor Road. <br /> 3. An e�sting City watermain is located adjacent to the subject lot along Cooper <br /> Drive; service is readily available. <br /> 4. Additional annual revenue of appro�mately $440.00 would become available <br /> from the combined total of real estate, motor fuel, and state income taxes. <br /> Staff recognizes each of these annexation requests as producing logical e�ensions of the <br /> corporate limits; we recommend approval of the petitions as presented. <br />
