That, pursuant to 75 ILCS 5/5-1 et seq., the Agreement for Deed between <br /> Decatur Foresight Incorporated and the Board of Library Trustees of the City of Decatur, Illinois, <br /> for the purchase of the property commonly known as 130 North Franklin Street, Decatur, Illinois, <br /> be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
