ADDITIONS and CHAPTER 44 - FIRE PREVENTION AND CONTROL - *** 7. PERMIT APPLICATION FEE. Whenever by the provisions of Code or ordinance a permit is required to be obtained from the fire official, application for the same shall be made at the office of the Finance Department ' upon forms there furnished containing such information as may reasonably be required by the fire official to permit the administration of said provisions and those connected therewith, which said application shall be accompanied by a on-refundable fee of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) for a permit to purchase fireworks (for an approved display); and n„o u,,,,,�,.o,a r�,.i i�,.� �Q i nn nm One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for a permit to sell fireworks, unless a fee in excess thereof is otherwise expressly required by one of said provisions. *** Section 5. ADDITIONS TO CODE. F-3103.8.1 Inventory: Any person or entity who sells fireworks under this Ordinance must maintain: l. A detailed inventory of all items received, offered or exposed for sale including quantity received and date received; 2. A listing for each sale of fireworks indicating the items sold, purchaser's name, purchaser's address, purchaser's permit number, what other form of identification was shown, person who sold the fireworks and date on which the fireworks were sold; 3. All inventories maintained under this provision must be rr�kept on the premises and availabe for inspection upon request to any City of Decatur employee r��rc��* *^ ^��^��' '��^�cc actin� in his or her official capaci� pursuant to official business. Additionally, within Thirt�30) davs followin tg he expiration of the Permit for the Sale of Fireworks, each permit holder shall submit a completed inventory, setting forth the details of each transaction occurrin during the term of the permit.
