ORDINANCE NO. 97-43 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> - 16 MAHNKE DRIVE AND 646 WEST PERSHING ROAD - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 1 st day of May, 1997, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Dr. C. Michael Murphy and Dr. Sushant <br /> K. Sinha to modify and amend a Planned Unit Development previously approved by Ordinance <br /> No. 95-03, on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows : <br /> Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3) of Mahnke Addition as per <br /> Plat recorded in Book 300 Page 248 of the records in the <br /> Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did <br /> recommend that the modification of said Planned Unit Development as requested be authorized. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, <br /> and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the aforesaid Planned Unit Development be, and the same is hereby, <br /> modified and amended, and petitioners be, and they are hereby, authorized and permitted to <br /> develop the premises described above in accordance with the plans hereto attached, marked <br /> Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. <br />
