Proposed Development <br /> Proposed Public and Private Developments <br /> At the present time, the City is negotiating with a Developer, Airport Plaza, <br /> Joint Venture to construct a commercial subd.ivision on this west portion of this <br /> Area and an elderly residential development on the east portion of the Area. It is a <br /> goal of the City to assist this group through the use of Tax Increment Financing by <br /> 15 <br />
