Scrimpsher and Linda D. Scrimpsher <br /> requesting that there be annexed to the City temtory described as: ' <br /> Lot Fourteen (14) of the Resurvey of Lots 8, 9 and 10 of West Sunny Side <br /> Heights First Addition, Except the East 225 feet of said Lot 8, as per Plat <br /> recorded in Book 300 Page 327 of the records in the Recorder's Office of <br /> Macon County, Illinois. <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land within <br /> such temtory and that no electors reside therein, and that said territory is contiguous to the City <br /> and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or incorporated town or other municipality; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as required. <br /> NOW, TI�REFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI� CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br />
