That the above described right of way be, and the same is hereby, vacated as <br /> right of way inasmuch as the same is no longer required for public use and the public interest will <br /> be subserved by such vacation, said right of way being shown on the plat thereof hereto attached <br /> and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 2.
