The Series 1991B Revenue Bonds were in the original <br /> principal amount of$30,050,000. Interest rates are now at a point where it is in the best <br /> interest of the Hospital that the Hospital advance refund a portion of the Series 1991 <br /> Series B Bonds with funds obtained from a loan from the Illinois Health Facilities <br /> Authority. P1c;ase accept this ��tt:,r as the Hospit�l's request t� tre C��y to �ssist rhP <br /> Hospital in accomplishing the advance refunding by entering into a First Supplemental <br /> Bond Trust Indenture (Escrow Agreement) to advance refund these bonds. Since the <br /> Illinois Health Facilities Authority is issuing bonds to facilitate the advance refunding, <br /> there will be no effect on The City of Decatur with respect to the issue and none of the <br /> City's bonding limits will be affected. <br /> We have scheduled a bond closing for December 4, 1996. The enclosed <br /> Ordinance was prepared by Chapman & Cutler, who will also prepare the Escrow '� <br /> Agreement for attachment to the Ordinance.
