That there is hereby reserved in, over, along and under the above-described <br /> portions of said streets to the City of Decatur, Illinois, and to the public and to those utilities and <br /> companies as the case may be owning public service facilities, mains, sewers, telephone and <br /> electric or other public utilities, such ro e , ri hts of wa and easements as aze or ma be <br /> P P rt Y g Y Y <br /> necessary or desira b le for con tinuing pu b lic service by means o f suc h fac i l i t ies an d for t he <br /> maintenance, renewal and reconstruction thereof with the right of ingress and egress for such <br /> purposes. <br /> Section 3. Ti hat the benefits which will be accrued to the owner of abutting property by <br /> reason of the vacation aforesaid is determined to be, in the judgment of the Council, equal to the <br /> sum of Three Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($3,475). <br /> Section 4. That the vacation provided for is made upon the express condition that there <br /> shall be paid to the City of Decatur, Illinois, by or on behalf of the owner of the property abutting <br /> that portion of said street and alleys vacated hereby the sum of$3,475 as compensation for the <br /> benefits determined as above set out herein, upon the payment whereof such vacation shall <br /> become effective. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this 18th day of November, <br /> 1996. <br /> RRY M.
