To obtain the Buyer's agreement to appo the cost necessary rrect said defects and then make corrections. <br /> 3. To declare this contract void and return the ea st money se rth in paragraph 2 to the Buyer. <br /> D. in the absence of written notice by Seller to Buyer within the ti ecified herein,Buyer may declare this contract void and earnest <br /> money shall be returned. <br /> E. Failure of the Buyer to notify the Selier in writin any defects within the ti specified in paragraph 10(B)above,or as provided <br /> in paragraph 10(D) above, shali be deeme waiver of any right which Buye ay have under the terms of this paragraph and <br /> this contract shall remain in full force a effect. <br /> 11. At a prearranged reasonable ti within seven(7)business days,excluding Saturdays,Sun s and federal holidays,prior to date <br /> of settlement, Buyer shali ve the right to inspect the premises and other ro e <br /> been no material cha in the condition of the property since the execution of this contract. If, befor ettlement,the improvements shall be materially damaged by casualty,Buyer may declare this contra void and receive <br /> a r d of his earnest money, or, may complete settlement and accept the premises as damaged together with roceeds of <br /> insurance payable as a result of such damage. <br /> 13. Notice given or required in this contract or any addendum must be given in writing in one of the foilowing forms: <br /> (i) Personally; <br /> (ii) By certified mail, return receipt requested, properiy addressed and all charges prepaid; or, <br /> (iii) By express delivery with charges prepaid and addressed to the appropriate party at the address set forth below. <br /> All notices shall be deemed to have been received on the date of personal service or on the 3rd day following date postmarked. Notice <br /> must be served upon or addressed to any one of the Sellers or any one of the Buyers personally unless specified otherwise.
