ORDINANCE NO. 96-62 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 1224 NORTH 18TH STREET- <br /> WHEREAS, on the Sth day of September, 1996 upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of 7esse C. Miller, Jr. to rezone premises described <br /> as: <br /> Lot One Hundred Fifty-Eight (158) of Dodson's Second Addition as per <br /> Plat recorded in Book 335 Page 219 of the records in the Recorder's Office <br /> of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-3 SINGLE FAMII.Y RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be <br /> granted. <br /> NOW, TI�REFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY TI� CITY COUNCIL OF TI� CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is <br /> hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-3 SINGLE <br /> FAIVIILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT to M-1 LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br /> Section 3. That the Districts hereinabove mentioned are those districts set forth and defined in <br /> Ordinance No. 3512 of the City of Decatur, Illinois, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance, and all ' <br /> the provisions, regulations, restrictions and requirements therein set forth shall apply to the premises � <br /> above described herein. <br />
