ORDINANCE NO. 96-61 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY ' <br /> -34 SOUTH COUNTRY CLUB ROAD- ' <br /> WHEREAS, on the Sth day of September, 1996 upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church to <br /> rezone premises described as: � <br /> Beginning at a point on the South Right of Way line of U. S. Route 36, �i <br /> said point being 310 feet east of the West line of the North One-Half of the ', <br /> Southwest One-Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northeast One-Quarter (NE 1/4) ' <br /> of Section Nineteen (19) Township Sixteen (16) North Range Three (3) <br /> East of the Third P.M. in Macon County, Illinois, thence on an assumed <br /> bearing of 48 degrees 11' 46.2"East 104.39 feet along the South ROW line <br /> of U. S. Route 36 to a point (hereafter all bearings are assumed); thence <br /> South 41 degrees 48' 13.8" West 100 feet to a point; thence North 48 <br /> degrees 11' 46.2" West 114 feet and being parallel to the South ROW line <br /> of U. S.
