' ORDINANCE NO. 96-54 ORDINANCE ADDING TERRITORY TO ENTERPRISE ZONE II BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI�CITY OF DECATUR, II,LINOIS: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 82-122 passed the 29th day of December, 1982, be, and the same is hereby, amended at Exhibit A thereof by adding to the end of said Exhibit the following: ALSO (Amendment 5): Beginning at a point 292.84'North of the Northeast corner of Lot 1 of Sampson Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 745 Page 251 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, thence West 554.85', thence North 86' East of and parallel to the East line of the 16th Street to the Southeast corner of Lot 7, Block 1 of Bill's 1 st Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 536 Page 58 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, thence North to the Northeast corner of Lot 3 of S.R. Laughlin's Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 536 Page 33 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, thence West along the South ROW line of Cantrell Street to the Northeast corner of Belmont Place as per Plat recorded in Book 335 Page 214 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, thence South to the North line of Lot 17 of Belmont Court Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 300 Page 164 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, thence East to the West ROW line of 16th Street, thence South on said ROW line to a point, said point being 16.5'North of the Northeast corner of Lot 12 of said Sampson Addition, thence North to the point of beginning. Section 2. That except as amended hereby the provisions of Ordinance No. 82-122 shall be, and remain, in full force and effect and shall apply to the premises herein described.
