�� J ORDINANCE NO. 96-50 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY - 810, 824 AND 836 EAST CLAY STREET- WI�REAS, on the 3rd day of July, 1996, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Dove, Inc. to rezone premises described as: Commencing 55 feet West of the Southeast corner of Lot S� (6) of William Martin's Addition of Outlots to the City of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book U Page 748 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, thence West 55 feet, thence North 177 feet, thence East 55 feet, thence South 177 feet to the place of beginning; AND, Beginning 110 feet West of the Southeast corner of Lot Six (6) of William Martin's Addition of Outlots to the City of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book U on Page 748 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Dlinois, thence West 55 feet, thence North 177 feet, thence East 55 feet, thence South 177 feet to the point of beginning; AND, . The East 55 feet of Lot 6 in Block 1 of William Martin's Addition of Outlots to the City of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book U Page 748 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, from R-6 MLTLTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT to O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT; and, WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said petition be granted. NOW, TI�REFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCII, OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT to O-1 OFFICE DISTRICT.
